This is my absolute favorite headache relief medicine! It has always done the job for me. I normally don't take medicine, but when I get an extremely bad headache or feel nauseous, this has always been my go to. Just 2 a day always does it for me. They're super inexpensive especially for how many you get, and how few you use in a day. There are no side effects for me, have never had any with my body, and I appreciate that because I have had other medicine and I feel even worse. The packaging is simple, just like any other pill bottle, speaks for itself, and labels everything easy enough to read if it's suitable for you. The ingredients are amazing, nothing to harm your body. I always get the extra strength so I don't feel the need to to take more, and this always helps me within 20 minutes, I feel so better so quick. Definitely recommend these if you're looking for helpful headache relief! Always my go to, always stocked up. I don’t leave the house without this
I literally do not go anywhere without CVS headache relief. I suffer from chronic migraine and headaches and this is always my go to. It works super fast and gets rid of my headache within 30 minutes. I have no side effects but I do make sure not to take this after 3 pm due to caffeine. Generic equivalent at its peak
The perfect generic equivalent for Excedrin! There's no difference between the brand and CVS they are both effective in treating headaches in a short amount of time with no side effects. Better than name brand
May be store brand name but these little pills are great for headaches that are borderline migraines and taking that edge off! Easy enough to remove the cap but it's also secure and child proof which is great. Good for headaches in the morning
As someone who gets migraines, this has been a helpful med to have in the cabinet. It's effective at helping me get going even if it doesn't completely knock things out. I will say that for a hangover it's very helpful, I used it the morning after a wedding and it did wonders. As good as all the name brand products out there.
I suffer from migraines and frequent headaches and found these to be just as good as the name brand. I didn't have any side effects from them. Obsessed to say the least! This product works efficiently and effectively! The caffeine mixed with acetaminophen stops my severe headaches before they even start!
