A Staple!
The CVS Health Iodine Tincture is a medicine cabinet staple that all households should have. The iodine tincture is great for cuts, scrapes, and even things like ringworm. I recommend getting some on your next trip to CVS to add to your first aid kit.0 users found this review helpful. - Reviewed 2 years agoSí, recomiendo0 users found this review helpful.

Applicator Changed: Dysfunctional
A previous bottle of this iodine from CVS had an applicator that drew up a reasonable amount and was easily dispensed. The latest bottle's applicator is a stem with a round on the end. It only picks up one drop, which may fall off before getting to the skin for application. Why change something that worked really well to something that's unwieldy at best?Reply from CVS Customer Relations RepresentativeHace 2 añosHi Michael, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Health Iodine Tincture USP. Good Addition to the Medicine Cabinet
I'm not used to using iodine, but this CVS Health Iodine Tincture is useful to have on hand. From what I've researched, iodine can be a very useful first aid antiseptic. The bottle states that it, "Helps prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes & burns". My only confusions are why the applicator attached to the lid is just skinny, hard plastic and why it leaves the brown color on the skin (but I know that is common for iodine). Overall, I think it's a good addition to my medicine cabinet.0 users found this review helpful. - Reseña recopilada como parte de una promociónSí, recomiendoRebeccarReviewed 2 years agoCalidadDe 5ValorDe 5
Works great
This works great to help keep cuts clean. I cut my finger at work and when I got home I washed my hand and applied some onto it then put a bandaid on it. It didn't burn but you could feel it working. The bottle is glass and comes with a stick to apply it onto your skin. It works great and helps.0 users found this review helpful. - Reseña recopilada como parte de una promociónSí, recomiendonari143Reviewed 2 years agoCalidadDe 5ValorDe 5
Works well
Oh the memories of my mom using this on scrapped knees. I am now using it on my own kids. I feel much better knowing that small scraps get a quick disinfectant. It does not sting as much as I remember. Yes I have used it on myself too. It does lightly stain the skin but worth knowing that infections won't happen.0 users found this review helpful. - Reseña recopilada como parte de una promociónSí, recomiendoDaydayReviewed 2 years agoCalidadDe 5ValorDe 5
