    Good product. This has worked well for years.

    Great Benefits No bad Aftertaste.

    The flaxseed oil supplement is conveniently packaged in an easy-to-open bottle. I found it surprisingly easy to swallow, and it went down smoothly. I'm glad to have found a source of Omega-3 that doesn't have the fishy aftertaste typically associated with marine-derived versions. As someone who consistently must monitor my diet due to a sensitive stomach, I really appreciate that this product doesn't cause me any discomfort. That's a significant benefit to me

    Does the trick!

    So I take these flaxseed pills every day and they have definitely help to improve my digestive health overall and relieve constipation. My husband has been taking them as well to help aid in lowering his cholesterol levels. They are easy to swallow and are a small size so you're barely notice them at all.

    Recommended daily amount of Omega-3's

    I like to take Flaxseed oil for my overall health. I like to get a good dose of omega-3 fatty acids as I do not eat as much fish as I would like to. The capsules are just the right size and go down easily. Recommended daily amount of Omega-3's.

    Easy to take!

    These flaxseed oil pill are slender and very easy to swallow. I like that there is no bad after tast and they go down easy.directions mention three times a day with a meal. Great added support for digestive system.

    Another supplement

    I have read the benifits of flaxseed oils and thought I would try some. These gelcaps are easy to swallow and get down so thinking this would be good to try. Probably a little to early to judge the results, but so far so good.
