Glucosamine Chondrotin with MSN seems to work well for me. I heard on NPR that a significant study showed that it really has no positive effect, nor negative. Some could see that as a reason not to use it. However, it was also pointed out that many people, like me, believe there is a positive effect, even though it may be a placebo effect. Bottom line, if I receive positive results I will continue to use it since there are no negative effects. Even though I selected "yes" that I recommend it, I would prefer to say "maybe" which was not a choice. This is a good product and works well for me. I realize everyone is different and not every product works the same. I would just recommend trying the "CVS" product before the "BRAND" product. In most cases they are the same and will save you money!4 users found this review helpful.
