Eases my aches
Stopped taking it and fish oil per cardiologist who said I didn't need them. 30 days later I'm back on both i ached all over. Told him he was wrong Hope he listened for the sake of his other patients. So big and hard that even after splitting in half I gag and spit it back involuntarily. I have been able to swallow it halves sometimes those halves, but not always. I will have to discard them and find the previous brand somewhere else, since the store is not selling them anymore.
