Tablet size easier to swallow than triple strength
I have starting buying this product because the tablet size is smaller than the triple strength glucosamine and easier to swallow. I wasted money buying the triple strength because the tablet size was too big. Best way to buy these is on the buy 1 get 1 free specials. I have been taking glucosamine for years to help with arthritis pain. Before trying it I had hip, knee and low back (sacroiliac) pain. I had also been to a chiropractor for three months, and was treating my pain with a tens unit I purchased at CVS.
