Very nice kit for a very reasonable price. It includes just about everything, from a flashlight to an emergency poncho to glow sticks to SO many bandaids. There is also a booklet that goes over what to do in varying common and uncommon first aid scenarios that this kit can be useful for. The only downside is that there is no table of contents or paper that tells you what all is included, you just have to rummage through the kit to see what all there is. Everyone should have one!
I received this Grab & Go Emergency Preparedness First Aid Kit for free from Influenster and CVS for testing purposes in exchange for my honest review. This kit is packed full of 155 pieces of: survival items, bandages for cuts & scrapes, first aid ointment for burns, splinter removal kit, cold pack for swelling and much more! You can never be too prepared in the event of an emergency. This kit was very well thought out and it's easy to keep organized. It also comes equipped with an Emergency First Aid Guide from the American Red Cross. I believe that everyone should at-least have one of these kits in their car and/or home. Great emergency kit
