Relief for pain
These copper items are great for pain on elbows and knees. There are different kinds to fit your needs. They work well and are comfortable. You can also hand wash. Not a very good value.
Not enough compression and pretty thin. The elastic band at the top is extremely itchy. For the $20 price point not a very good value.
