For the price is was effective. Name brand patch was so hot, I couldn't wear it but this patch stayed on all night and really helped

Had almost crippling lower back and thigh pain and had to walk a distance. This product was easy to alloy and worked for the eight hours I needed it. Removed easily without skin tears or irritation
