So I used this to hydrate myself because I felt like I needed some electrolytes. The grape flavor was not bad at all. Now I have another alternative than more expensive brands of this product! This worked just the same! Tasted great worked even better! Best flavor in the set, you know you need it on those days where you drank to much or you feel sick, imo just as quality as the competitor, I would get this any day. Tastes way better than expected for an electrolyte drink! The grape flavor is smooth and not too sweet. I drank it after feeling a bit run down from a cold and it really helped bring my energy back.
