It didn’t work.

No expiration date.
I live across the street from cvs in kew gardens queens NY. Spend a lot of hard earned money in this store. One big and most important thing is expired dates on products!!!! Called corporate headquarters about this problem. Was in store a few weeks ago. Wanted to buy English muffins they sell. Looked at dates they were all least two months old!!!!!! Showed new manager!!!! Went to store 12/16/23 to buy cold packs. When I got home tried to use it. They would not get cold. Went back to store 30 minutes later. Spoke to manager asked her to show me expiration date because I could not find it. All I could find was lot number, she could only find same thing. Figured out the last five numbers was the date it was manufactured. Date was 7/11/22. This makes it start to be in the area it starts to be ify to use!!! Cold oaks last from 18 to 24 months stored properly. Looked this up on the computer. You should still have an expiration date on this item!!! That's why it started to get somewhat cold when me and the manager touched it, when I went back to the store 30 minutes later. The pack should get cold instantly not 30 minutes later. Have to learn to stop going here and go to Walgreens a few blocks away.
