Basically a multivitamin. Not sure how others are reporting any success reducing tinnitus with this, but it does absolutely nothing. I took the 3 pills per day for two+ weeks, made zero difference. My audiologist calls them placebos. I had very high hopes and was not even skeptical, but ended up very disappointed. One thing I read that can slightly help tinnitus is a high intake of vitamin B12. This doesn't even have half what it should be. By the way, no sleep supplements help with tinnitus, so save your $$$ there to. Better than the name brand
