Especially during allergy season, nasal rinses are essential. This one is super portable and great for trips. The filter makes me feel at ease as I have a bit of a fear of using water that's contaminated. Sinus wash system
All natural method for relieving symptoms of nasal congestion. Packaging includes a micro filtered sinus wash applicator and 30 saline packets. The product is made of durable plastic and worth its value. Obsessed
As you can see I look great and feeling awesome (not). This prodcut couldnt of arrived at an better time. I have used something similar before but disliked having to buy water or boil it and wait for it to cool. I love this this one has the filter. It did a great job

This product is actually so bad that it forced me to leave my first ever review. I followed the instructions to the letter and the water just spilled out of the sides of the unit instead of flushing through the tip and into the nose. What a waste. I cannot imagine a world where this product actually passed all necessary functionality testing before being sold to the public. DO NOT BUY: Falls apart upon use
The small plastic valve is poorly secured and pops out when squeezed, leaving you with a face full of salt water. I have tried this on TWO bottles, thinking one was a fluke, but no, this is just a shoddy product. Do better, CVS! Don’t bother buying
I used this product the first day I bought it. I tried to use it the second day and it was leaking out the sides and nothing going into my nose.
