As I have gotten older, I have noticed less elasticity and firmness in my face. After reading about the benefits of L-Lysine, I decided to give it a try. Increasing collagen and assisting in calcium absorption are just two of the positives. This supplement has been easy to take, no updates stomach or side effects. I do feel as though my skin looks brighter and less tired looking. I have been taking these Lysine supplements for two solid weeks now along with my typical multi-vitamin. Not only are these easy to swallow and add to my routine, but they seem to already be impacting my skin and hair. Lysine is good for collagen maintenance, and I am noticing my hair having a bit more body and my skin is a little clearer. These CVS Health L-Lysine Caplets seem to be helping my skin and my I've also started noticing that my hair is healthier as well. I also don't seem to have as many aches and pains in my bones. Does the job
Without a long term use I can not speak for any effects. But I been taking these for a few weeks now without any ill effects. Great Product!
CVS L-lysine Caplets are so easy to swallow and I take it once a day with a meal. I feel confident that it will help me from not getting any more cold sores. It seems to also make my skin look and feel healthy. Recomiendo este producto.0 users found this review helpful.
