    for me I didnt recieve a nozzle. so i only had the bulb. so I cant use it. but I'm pretty sure it works. I just recieved half of the product

    Don't understand the bad reviews

    After having hemmhorroid surgery, BMs were horrible. I don't follow the instructions by inserting the tip first, then filling with water... instead I fill with water first, then push on the tip. Then use hemmhorroid ointment to lube, get in the bathtub, insert and squeeze. Expect to go to the bathroom immediately after squeezing. This thing is a lifesaver!
