Not sure why this product has a high review. Some didn't come with a string which freaked me out when I first found my first non string one since I had to pull it out with my fingers! The cotton starts to spread before inserting them which freaked me out even more that some cotton would be left inside my hooha! Majority of them got stuck half way since the cotton was already loose. I love these organic cotton tampons, they are reasonably priced and don't leave and odd aftersmell when changing due to not having to many additives. Not the greatest
Does not hold the amount I thought it would.
