I think this tastes like a lot of the other name brand cough syrups do. The berry-menthol flavor did not hide the taste of the medicine very well, it really doesn't taste very good. On the other hand, it does work well. It really decongests, relieves cough, and doesn't have a bad taste, you shouldn't miss it this flu season.
