I am on blood thinners and cholesterol meds. For that reason I am significantly limited as to what cold meds I can take, This is one of them. In the past I have found this med helpful. However the cold I have this time is that severe that this med has had no impact. The CVS pharmacist had recommended I try Coricidin HBP , and found this one a bit more successful. It still not not resolve the cold so I went to acute care. They prescribed an antibiotic and an inhaler to go with the Coricidin product. Hopefully that will resolve this.
