Sleep without being groggy in the morning

Did not work for me.

Decent help without going heavyweight -- what I want and need.

Does the Job
One pill and in about 30-60 minutes you will shut down - no doubt about it. And I mean SHUT DOWN. Lights out. Game over. You are done. But I don't agree with the reviewers that say you wake up not feeling groggy - I always do. I don't think that's the medication's fault though... I mean you are taking something to knock you out - you can't expect it to wear off on your time table. Perhaps if I had a good 8-9 hours to sleep the next morning I wouldn't be groggy - I don't know. I also find it to be habit forming. I don't think physically, but mentally habit forming, but when you think about it, what's the difference? If you find you are having trouble falling asleep without it, it's not optimal - which does happen for me. Works Well
I love this product. Now I have an affordable sleep aid without acetaminaphen or ibuprofen. The only thing to remember is to take it about one hour before bedtime so that it is working when you go to bed.2 users found this review helpful.
