Does as it says
I will say it does exactly what it says it will do. Personally, I prefer the nighttime over the daytime. I feel like nighttime worked a little bit better but also too during the day if you’re not feeling well naturally all you want to do is sleep anyway. But it did help with sinus congestion, headache, and cough symptoms. Big but goes down smooth
These are some big capsules but they go down smooth. I've tried both pills and the night time ones really helped me sleep and the day time one help me focus on my daily task.
