I've been taking these the last 3 nights right before getting in bed. It doesn't take me any time at all to fall asleep now. Very nice. The gummies are very tasty, too. Bad Taste
I thought they would taste like the gummies I get from Walgreens but they have a very strange taste and an even worse aftertaste.
