I've been taking these religiously three times a day since I've had them. I can't say that I notice a difference in my overall health, but I don't know if you would. I can say that these capsule are a small size in comparison to a lot of other supplements in my opinion and they don't smell. I have a hard time taking smelly capsules and these have no smell. I have enjoyed trying CVS Health Milk Thistle 250 mg.The capsule is regular size and very easy to swallow. Milk Thistle supports liver health and is an antioxidant. I would purchase this product again.
