This is an excellent product for menstrual pain relief. The combination of extra strength Acetaminophen with Caffeine and Pyrilamine create a great blend for various pains and issues associated with menstruation. This product significantly reduced my painful cramps and headache, and it helped give me energy to go about my day without being in excessive pain. It's comparable to the name brand without breaking the bank. Honestly this works just as the other brands. It really helped me relieve the pain from my period and I didn't have any side effects from it. I definitely feel better after taking this, I feel this helped with my back pain and I also like that this has caffeine to help with fatigue which I've had plenty of lately! I like being able to take this to help with a variety of symptoms. This menstrual relief has been a game changer for me, I never take menstrual pills so this has been helping to prevent the backaches I get while I'm on my period. I've also noticed less headaches and less severe pain whenever I had headaches. Keep them cramps away
These cramp pills are so amazing it helps me a lot when I'm on my cycle. One pill will keep them cramps away for 4 hours but of course you can take one every 6 hours depending on how bad the cramps are: I highly recommend purchasing because it will save you a lot of pains. I hate cramps
I have PCOS so nothing really helps my cramps. Although the CVS health menstrual complete menstrual relief capsules 24 count did help a little bit.
