    Effective!

    Quitting smoking is never easy. I have had difficulties quitting in the past that always brings me right back to where I started. I've tried quitting cold turkey, seeds, vapes and gums but nothing has worked better for me than the patch. Even with the step 3, it helps with not just giving nicotine but eliminating the craving I have for a cigarette. I smoke less than 10 cigarettes a day so I had started step 3 (if you smoke more than 10 a day you should start with step 1 or 2) and I have been feeling great! I stick the patch on my arm when I wake up in the morning, high enough to be covered by my sleeves, and I take it off an hour or 2 before bed. Through out the day I think less about smoking and I now have a more positive attitude. I have cut down on smoking significantly, and now I have high hopes to quit forever with the help of the patches.

    Works great!

    I've been trying to quit vaping for so long and this definitely helped curve my nicotine cravings! I put the patch under my arm and it goes to work immediately.

    Stop smoking patches

    Honestly, I don't know if you need step 1 & 2 first I assume you do. I didn't know so I will have to go buy that. But I'm assuming it does its job. It comes with 14 patches for like 40.00$
