Best to get rid of a pimple quickly

I grabbed these since panoxyl patches were sold out. These don't do anything for me. Maybe i need to wear for 24hrs or more to see results. Good Quality and Effective Pimple Patch
I have never used pimple patches before, but have used hydrocolloid bandages for wound healing and have been happy. I tried these for the first time and I am impressed, they mask the look of an angry pimple and are not very noticeable on the face. I recommend these considering the price point and quality.
