Excellent!
Excellent product. Daily intake w/my electrolyte beverage. Really any beverage, including water will do. No issues with regularity ( no more constipation, etc) Also, no leg cramps at all probably due to the Zero Sugar Electrolyte (brand) StrawberryBanana drink I have at breakfast.
