These laxatives have come in handy when I've really needed a little extra help. They work really well and don't give me awful stomach cramps. These are affective if you need to go.
I received this product complementary for my honest review. Honestly I'm not sure what I can say. They do work at making things move along if your stopped up. They are easy to swallow and I can't remember if I had any cramping or not, sorry. And they work just a well as the more expensive name brand products.
