I am very disappointed.
The walker is not made for a long legged tall person. The chair is lower by about 3 inches vs. the Drive brand purchased from CVS a couple of years ago. It is more difficult to stand up from the sitting position due to my bad knees. Why didn't they make an adjustment for height? The padded seat is very small. Does not have a pocket for essentials. The 5-point knobs are clearly sticking out too far and they catch on my bedspread, living room sofa & chairs, etc. The basket is larger than the small seat and appears to be a mismatched size. Is there possibly a way I can exchange this for the Drive model? A lifesaver
This has been a lifesaver for us. Sturdy. Easy to put together. Easy to use. Makes walking so much easier and safer, with the option to sit and rest when needed. Room for storing things beneath seat. Trusty brakes. Greet steering. Folds up easily. CVS had the rollator I needed!
I needed a rollator for temporary use after a fall. This fit the bill! The bonus was that I was able to use my % off coupons and extra bucks so it was really affordable. That's why I love shopping at CVS! My husband assembled it in a short time (probably would have been a bit shorter if he had read the directions first!) and it was ready to use. It is sturdy enough to help me keep my balance and it is light weight so I can get it in and out of my car with no trouble. I was not mentally ready to need a walker but this one, literally, came to my rescue. Rollator Walker

Pros and cons.

Would call it a great except for him
My Uncle bought this rolllator with 7 1/2 inch wheels, heavy duty and I would call it a great walker except for the wheels. Several months used and the bearings, in one of the wheels is going out. So no problem buy a replacement wheel? I can't find one. Searched CVS, Amazon and other sites. The reference number is useless. The bearings in all walkers are not lubricated and do not last.
