Senna that helps Constipation
Recently I have sciatica and my buttock was very painful that I could not even sit down on the bowl for one minute and I got constipation. I tried Senna that helped to soften my stool so that I could pass it out more quickly and easily. Since I am new so I just take the low dose and I need time to adjust the quantity that I have to take in future.
