    They work

    If you're struggling to sleep at night, this will do the trick I have sleep insomnia and when I run out of my medication, I normally resort to this and it works just as good. I start off with 25 mg and if I'm struggling really bad then I'll take two

    Sometimes I just need a little help to fall asleep. I wouldn't recommend this to take regularly but on occasions it's very useful for me
