Doesn't get hot
Doesn't get hot, not even warm, maybe room temp even on the highest setting. Does not get warm - more like lukewarm at its best. Tried all settings to no avail. Very disappointing since I needed this item right away for back pain. Tried it with good expectations and received no relief.
