    Good calming qualities but not a great sleep aid

    I like that these were gummies. They were tasty and at least for me, the chamomile was calming. However, I don't think they were very effective as a sleep aid. I took 2 and maybe a higher dose would have been more effective, but in my case it did not help me sleep any quicker or maintain sleep any longer than usual. Overall, it's a good supplement for calming and relaxing but not great for sleeping.

    Decent

    They work ok. I've had trouble sleeping for months and these do help a bit. Taste is pretty good. My daughter takes them too and feels the same. Good value for the money.

    Will buy again

    Fantastic sugar free melatonin. Does the job and helps me get a good night's sleep. I got these for my diabetic partner but found I like these better than my normal gummies.

    Good for sleep

    These seem to kick in quickly and help me stay asleep. The taste is good and not overly fake. I like that it is zero sugar cause so many aren't. Great value and highly recommend.

    Stay asleep

    These sleep gummies work so well. My husband has always had problems falling asleep. He has been taking these all week and has so much more energy during the day with a great restful sleep the gummies are easy to take and taste great.

    Horrible taste

    These are great packaging and ingredients but they taste horrible and after 3 weeks of taking them ever other day they did not work for me sadly totally worth the value

    Good for adults to sleep

    Okay packing it did have everything you need to know about gummies on it. Worth the price, taste good and yes it's effective had me right to sleep in 45mins.

    Great gummies

    These gummies actually work really well. I take them about 1 hour prior to bedtime and sleep through the night with these. I recently took them on a 3 week trip to Europe and I am convinced they helped prevent jet lag for me also. The gummies have a sweet taste that doesn't taste very artificial and I have found that I truly enjoy eating them. I will continue to purchase this product.
