Works as advertised!
I have dental anxiety. The dentist prescribed Halcion for me for the day of my procedure. The night before, being very nervous, I stopped at CVS and bought this product, hoping it would help calm me even better. And it did. Works well and in a timely manner
This product is efficent in halping me fall to sleep easier and longer. I don't experience sleepiness in the morning and I feel well rested. The flavor is pleasent and melts quickly, making it easy to swallow. This product has really helped me sleep
I tried this product because no matter when I went to bed, I was waking up in the wee hours of the morning and only averaging about 3-4 hours of sleep a night. It has really worked for me. I now sleep through the whole night and my deep sleep has almost doubled. Two gummies before bedtime and I almost immediately begin feeling my body and mind relax. The only things I don't like about the product are the valerian smell (reminiscent of dirty socks) and the Blue No. 1 colorant which gives me a brilliant blue tongue! Helps me fall asleep
These taste good & help me fall asleep fast; they don't help keeping me asleep. I like taking gummies better than swallowing pills.0 users found this review helpful.
