Tried this Turmeric with Black Pepper to help with inflammation in my knee. I have been taking it for quite a while and I have no or very little pain in my knee now then I used to have. This complex with 500mg is easy on my stomach as well. I wanted to try a supplement because I was told by many that Turmeric helps with inflammation & I am very happy that I did purchase this. The CVS brand of this Turmeric with Black Pepper has nothing extra in it at all. I like that because I didn't want a lot of other ingredients that my knee may not need. Great for inflammation
I purchased this to help with inflammation in my body especially my lower back and right arm. After 4 days the inflammation subsided and did not feel much pain as before.2 users found this review helpful.
