    Great dosage

    Need only 90 mg day (adult female) and this CVS (250mg) was the lowest I could find vs other upplement stores. I can't attest for the grade, quality level, but so far after 2 yrs I've been able to avoid colds, flu.

    Hopeful

    Not sure if vitamin pills are really effective, but taking these in case they are! At a BOGO, they were a great value.
