I wanted to try these because it helps with your eyes. With diabetes running and my family and other vision problems, I wanted to try these. This is a great way to take Vitamins it is a soft gel easy to swallow. It has 400 units per gel which is a good amount for daily intake to those that are in need of. It is no gooey or messy.
