I work in a job where I'm constantly typing and using a mouse and flexing my thumb and fingers repetitively puts a lot of strain on my hands and wrist. This brace really helps keep my hand from overextending and soothes my joints by giving compression. If you're consistently using your hands for office work or even sports, try this little wrist and hand brace out. I got the CVS Health - CVS Health Moderate Support Wrist Compression Support and it works good. I have to use support on my wrist and this moderate compression product works great for me. Great for sports

Easy to wear
This support is great to have. Easy to slide on and definitely gives that needed support. Of course easy to hide under a long sleeve shirt if you don't want it seen. It does not hold tight--loosens a bit.

A Little Support if That's all You Need
This is great if you are only need a small amount of support. It lightly holds your wrist and cushions it. You can still move it any way you need to, the support is light enough and small enough to not be in the way. I do alot of gaming and work on the computer so this helps when my wrist needs it.1 users found this review helpful.
