This product did not help remove hardened ear wax even when used as described. Earwax removal

Effective!
These ear drops were easy to apply and really effective. My ear was bothering me for a day and once I got these and followed the directions, they provided the relief I needed. There was some initial discomfort, as there is with any object or liquid that inserts your ear, but was completely tolerable. Just squeeze some in the ear canal, let it sit for a while and use the little bulb filled with warm water to swish the product out of the canal. Word of Caution - stay in the bathroom while you've got your head off to the side.
