Bottles leak
Im sorry but these bottles really aren't that great. They leak no matter how full they are. After baby is done eating, I take the bottle away only to have milk pour out down the bottle and all over my hands, furniture, all over the baby. I've been using them for 3 months and each time I am frustrated by how bad they leak. I honestly don't know what the big hype is about these bottles… I can't be the only one having this issue. I am going to switch to EvenFlo bottles, I am done messing with Dr Browns leaky ones. They would be great if they didn't leak so bad! I never fill them past the line so there should be no reason for this, and I assemble all the bottle's correctly!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - KGG2519Reviewed 1 year ago
They leak!
I was so determined and excited to use Dr.Browns, but They all leak! On thier website they say it's because the the nipple flow is too slow so it builds pressure, so I went up a size in the dr browns brand nipple and it's too fast of a flow for my baby. We have tried putting the lids on tighter, looser, and they still leak. There is nothing more aggravating than feeding at 3am and having milk run down the bottle and making a mess especially breast milk that you've worked hard for. When you google Dr.Browns there are multipleartices about them leaking. On their Facebook page, all you see are comments about how they leak. They are too expensive to be leaking. Hopefully soon we will be learning to use a sippy cup (not dr browns brand.) And we won't have to deal with this anymore.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - B8923Reviewed 1 year ago
Great for avoiding a colicky baby but
I love these bottles for avoiding a colicky baby, wonderful. I haven't had any issue with colic so far, however, they leak if they aren't standing upright. They've leaked in my diaper bag, they've leaked in my pocket. How in the world can you ha e a leaky baby bottle? That is enough to make me gi e a low rating. It's sad because they're great bottles but the fact that they leak is extremely annoying.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - Julie 29Reviewed 1 year ago
Dr Brown's Leaky Bottles
I have used these bottles while babysitting. They worked fine then. Now after having my baby, I was gifted these and would have totally recommended these to anyone. Needless to say, I am horribly disappointed in these bottles both anti colic and natural flow. These bottles are leaky, some persons recommend not sterilizing with boiling water, but only with a steamer. Dr Brown needs to clarify this for all time sake. Formula is wasting and the mess is a frustrating disaster. Added to that, I cannot say that they prevent gas or colic in anyway because since using this product my baby is really gassy and has plenty gas. Overall I think we all deserve an explanation or a refund or an apology. It's not just the product. It's that the company is unapologetically standing by their product and either ignoring the reviews or being proud. Sad to say, I would rather invest in a drugstore, unbranded bottle just to know that I got my money's worth and little expectation0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - MillReviewed 1 year ago
Awful - leaking
Picture it, you've finally cleaned your house, changed into fresh clothes, and babe is snug as a bug. Then, you go to feed and there is milk EVERYWHERE! Milk leaking all over babe, milk rings on every surface, even milk drops on the floor. These bottles aren't worth it. Leaking aside, the vents are a pain to clean and the brush that comes with does less than ideal job. The vent is required to assemble the bottle so you can't even ditch those. Trouble shooting suggests getting a different flow nipple and that still doesn't seem to help with the leaks. I suggest trying a different brand because how much should you have to spend to fix a problem that shouldn't be there in the first place.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - NothingReviewed 1 year ago
Awful
Worst bottles ever all they do is leak even after you try their tricks to fix it. Just threw mine in the trash. I hate them.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - Sí, recomiendoSie3Reviewed 1 year ago
Great gift
I received this product as a gift for my baby shower and my baby boy still use these bottles. I like the bottles minus the small narrow nipples. So I purchase their other bottles with the wide nipples and I & my baby love it. Overall I love using Dr brown bottles and been using their bottles since my first child years ago. Other than that I have not had any other issues with their bottles.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com - DissapointedReviewed 1 year ago
Waste of Money, Does nothing to reduce gas
Expensive bottles that provide no benefits. Switching to these provided absolutely no noticeable reduction in how gassy our kid was and the both 4 and 8 oz bottles leak like crazy. Following Dr Browns instructions doesn't help either. I am at a loss as to why there are so many 5 star reviews for these, I can only imagine we bought two sets both of which are defective? I can't imagine having your hand covered in gross formula every single time is fine for most people.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on drbrownsbaby.com
