    Needs to be full length

    The arch support is good however had a hard time getting them comfortable in my workout shoes - I pulled up the old inserts but it was uncomfortable but I could not leave them I. Either so I had to cut the old ones and marry them to the new ones…but there is a noticeable ridge.

    Best sole for many hours working standing

    I work at restaurants and it is very heavy on my knees and ankles. These are the only soles that actively help me feel so much better and the pain disappear. Highly reccomend this brand.

    3/4 size orthotics

    Being that ladies flats are so flat now, it puts extra pressure on the knees and the back. These are absolutely wonderful in 1 pr. of my flats, but in another pair of flats it raises it too much and the shoe cuts into my big-toe bone.

    custom fit orthotics

    Buying these without using a kiosk is not a good idea, the inserts i got caused me morepain in my feet, knees and back than the old ones i got in a store. Not recommended to buy on line
