My daughter struggles with nausea and when she takes this she can travel for vacation and she sleeps most of the way. It was a god send for us! And it works amazing I would say no cons at all pros as that it worked and they did not throw up all over my car when we went on road trips. It works quickly for myself and my child who gets occasional motion sickness in the vehicle. I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE!!! I buy often and keep it in my car or backpack when traveling! Helps with dizziness and nausea.
