    Product had been thawed & refrozen ~ poor quality

    It was a great disappointment to find these cones were mushy & the ice cream was mis-shapened from being thawed & re-frozen. Nasty!

    Cone was soggy, stale and practically inedible

    I bought a 4pack of these today and the quality is absolutely terrible. The cones were not crunchy in the the slightest and instead were chewy, soggy and stale at the same time
