They work!!
They work in 30-60 min. The flavor is a nice, fruity flavor. They are soft and easy to chew. I love that they are individually wrapped, so easy to throw in my purse or bag when traveling. I also love that magnesium is the main ingredient. Very fast and effective

The flavor is acceptable where I do not have to taste the nasty medicine, and it is soft chew so it was even helpful for my grandma who has hard time eating things.
