Its okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan. The product itself is good but i dont like the finish. It had a hood coverage and no scent. Its easy to apply and has a normal texture. Love this... but...
So I am a Fair Cool 14 (not the lightest shade) in the foundation from elf, so I assumed that the fair neutral cool would be my shade or maybe even too light for me. But it's too dark! The lightest shade is too dark! I'm not that light! Elf? What are we doing? It doesn't even look as light in real life as the picture. HOWEVER, with a too light old concealer I made it work and I do love putting this after blush and foundation before setting powder, it makes my oily skin super matte for a solid 4 hours and then I can reapply thanks to the handy dandy mirror. Also, if we could just buy the refills for these that would be great, I feel weird throwing away the powder puff and the mirror just because I'm out of product. AMAZING
At 70 years old I have had my share of makeup. This setting Halo Glow Pressed Powder is as no other makeup product I have ever used. I put it over elf soft glam foundation #25 (and others) and my skin looks perfect. No texture, no pores, no blotching. However, be careful with color match. I have been using light neutral and adding a pale bronzer. I tried the medium neutral and it was a little yellowish. (I use the Halo Glow liquid in 3). It is an incredible product. Wish they had a lighter shade
