    Changed Formula

    I have been using the neutral brown for years and loved it. I bought some new ones to keep in reserve....I opened and used one......did not go on easily and was over waxy....had a difficult time applying. Now I am on the hunt for another brand since this one is not working any longer.....this is what happend when the formula is changed to save money and the product turns into a not-so-well liked any longer.

    Keep going back to this product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pigmentation and ease of this product. The pencil is soft enough to use easily and effectively. Doesn't smudge and the brush is fantastic!

    Stunning

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice! Like the brow laminating and packaging because it's easy to apply and doesn't smell or feel strange. Seems to have quality ingredients as well!
