I love this eyebrow pencil! It comes in a variety of colors, it stays all day, and is the best priced eyebrow pencil. The one thing I wish were different is that it was slimmer. The BEST eyebrow pencil EVER
I've tried so many different eyebrow pencils and powders thru out my 65 yrs on this earth and never was really satisfied, the color wasnt right, the texture wasnt right it was always something! That was until I found this one! The instant lift waterproof eyebrow pencil in the blond color. This pencil glides on smooth, no tugging or pulling and the color is spot on! I use my pencil on an angle which enables me to draw on pencil thin "hairs" giving my eyebrows a more realistic, natural look rather than the drawn on look! It also does what it claims, once you've drawn your eyebrows on its truly smudgeproof and waterproof. You're eyebrows won't come off until you're ready to remove them! I will not go w/o my elf eyebrow pencil and hope this never gets discontinued! I've enrolled in automatic shipment so that I never run out. Thank You Elf cosmetics for making the PERFECT must have eyebrow pencil!
