    Meh

    I didn't feel like it did any tone adjusting. It's a nice primer, but I don't feel like it adjusted tone at all.

    Tone Adjusting Face Primer

    I have rosacea, so having to deal with flare-ups of redness on my face becomes difficult to cover with makeup. This toner has helped me to minimize the redness under a full face.

    Tone adjusting

    I purchased the Tone Adjusting Face Primer. The produce itself is excellent, but the bottle is VERY BAD manufacture. Within 2 or 3 pumps, it stop working. I now have to use a Q-tip to get the primer out in order to use it. The E.L.F. company may want to reconsider new packing.

    Just Meh

    Before putty primers were a thing this was my go-to. Glides on well and makes foundation application easy, but it always feels a little greasy. You don't get much out of one container and have to take the pump off to get to the end of the bottle.

    Great features

    I like this primer. I don't really need tone adjusting, but it's nice for my acne. Also, it's a nice primer form blurring the skin.
