Major breakage
I really tried to make this work, especially when I was just learning to do eyeliner. But it is super hard to use, breaking easily which leads to a major waste of product. It comes off easily too and smudges into eyeshadows if you have oily eyelids. The only use I found for it was to use it for Halloween makeup in drawing a cat nose or something like that. Decent for waterline

Eyeball saver !
Looked for an affordable waterline eyeliner. I avoid "samples" at any stores worried about infections etc. Safest way was to order this creamy eyeliner and the pencil and hope for the best . THIS PENCIL WORKS! I could never get the color or go on my waterline without pressing hard . This glided very well and lasted the whole day !
