Great product. It's not dried out

I don't know how this is any better than a bar of soap. It is rock hard, you have to wet it activate it and then it is like putting soap on your brows. If you like that then this is for you. Very Disapointed
I read the reviews and the usage instructions very thoroughly. I was very disappointed in the product, it didn't perform as advertised. In order to even get my brows close to flat I had to apply an excessive amount which irritated my skin. I did love the taper brush and flattened though. I received this product for free from Topbox Marketing for testing and review purposes.The dual-ended applicator makes it easy to sculpt, shape and set my brows with total into place.apply a small amount of gel onto dry brows. Brush hairs back & forth to fully cover with product.
