I got the ok from my pediatrician to start an oat cereal for my daughter. I gave it to her the first time in a bottle with breast milk, she seems ok but woke up a lot through the night. I didn't think anything of it. I just thought she maybe wasn't ready for cereal at 4 months. She is now 5 months old and I have given it to her twice in a more thicker blend with breast milk before bed. She has woken up both times vomiting about 2 1/2 hours later and doesn't go back down for hours. This product just isn't for us. It works for other babies. TERRIFYING. Sent my 6.5 month old to the ER
My poor baby. He was asleep next to me while I was watching TV when he suddenly woke up and started projectile vomiting for the first time ever. I immediately picked him up and he vomited three more times, covering me, the bed, and the floor. My husband took him to clean him up and he vomited two more times. Afraid that he would dehydrate, we rushed him to the ER. The doctor treated it as a stomach bug, but the baby hadn't been anywhere and no one to our place who had been sick. After looking at several other reviews and seeing the same experience, I knew it was this product. I thought I was doing right by my baby by giving him the organic oat cereal. I'll never forgive myself for feeding him this poison. I cannot believe it's still on the shelves after so many have had the same experience. I'm afraid to even try solids again. NO USAR
Caused severe vomiting that ended in an ER visit for my 4 month old. Thought maybe it was a coincidence, so tried feeding her again at 6 months old. Within 1.5 hours she started violently vomiting during her nap. DO NOT FEED TO YOU BABY
I got this for my son when he was 4 months old. The first time he had it was fine but the next time I gave it to him was a totally different story. He was fine at first but got super fussy while trying to get him to sleep. I made him a to ounce bottle and was feeding it to him when he started projectile vomiting everywhere. It was this thick almost mucus like vomit. I would get him cleaned at and changed and he would throw up again. This went on for about 3 hours. I thought I had over fed him and that had caused it. Afterwards, I didn't feed him the oatmeal again till recently when he's about 6 months. I should've trusted my baby bc he kept spitting it out and obviously did not want to eat it. Similar thing happened about a hour after where he was very fussy going to bed. This time he was sleeping and started coughing and choking. When I picked him up he started vomiting a large amount of that thick substance again. This happened 3 more times till he was okay and fell back asleep. I know for a fact it was caused by the oatmeal after reading reviews and every single one from the past year had similar experiences or other negative affects. MADE MY SON VOMIT
Me and mom did some research on baby cereal when my doctor told us to introduce it in his diet. I gave him this about two weeks ago but acted like his belly was extremely upset. I then fed him today and he took the entire bowl and 2 hours later projectile vomited. Thankfully he stopped after 5-6 times throwing up! I will never give this product again to my son and seems to me there are many mommas who have experienced the same! Made my son vomit
My 6 month old had 1-2 bites maybe 2 weeks ago and a few hours later he was projectile vomiting. I thought it was a stomach bug but took him to doctor and they almost thought it as intuception-luckily he stopped vomiting and took his milk as normal after 5-6 rounds of vomiting. Do not buy
Please Mommas, do not buy this cereal!!! Fed this to my baby and she always projectile vomit after!!! This proudly should not be sold at all. Non stop vomiting
I gave my 6 month old baby this on 2 seperate occasions and caused severe vomiting.
